A plan that fits the time you have
With plenty of time, Ring spreads the tasks so every month stays light. With little time, it focuses on the essentials. Date changed? The plan rearranges itself.
Wedding planner
Ring builds your wedding plan and keeps guests, the invitation, gifts and inspiration in one app. Every week, you know exactly what to do.
The pains are nearly always the same. Ring takes care of each one.
Answer a few questions and Ring builds the whole plan, in the right order, from your date.
Each week shows only the tasks that matter now, each with its reason and a reminder at the right time.
Tasks, guests, the invitation, gifts and inspiration live in the same app, and you both edit together.
You send a link. The guest replies in the browser, with nothing to install, and the list updates itself.
You don't need to know how a wedding gets organized. That part is Ring's.
1
The date, the city, how many guests and what is already settled. One question per screen, no form.
2
Ring builds the timeline in the right order, fitted to the time you have: eighteen months or only four.

Each week, a few tasks, each with the reason it is due now. Done? The plan shows the next one.
From the first step to the day after the wedding, in one app. No spreadsheet, no five different apps, no lost chat.
With plenty of time, Ring spreads the tasks so every month stays light. With little time, it focuses on the essentials. Date changed? The plan rearranges itself.
A nudge when a task is coming up and when a guest replies. No notifications for nothing.
You don’t have to research what to do, or in which order.
The wedding belongs to both of you, and so does the planning.
No more spreadsheet, no more chasing replies one by one.
Pick the color, the lettering and the photo. Ring does the rest.
Gifts from any store and cash gifts, straight to you.
Your references stop getting lost among screenshots.
On your wedding day, the app stops asking and starts keeping you company.
The wedding passes, and there is still something to close and something to keep.
You send a link. Each guest opens it in the browser, replies in seconds and the answer lands on your list.
With plus-ones and dietary needs, straight into your guest list.
A page with your names, the day and the city, to tell people before the invitation.
The gifts and the cash gift on a page in your wedding's color and photo.
Most wedding tools live on a fee on your gifts or on vendor advertising. Ring lives on a subscription and does one thing: tell you what to do now.
| Ring | Wedding websites | Vendor marketplaces | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you see when you open it | This week's few tasks, each with its reason | The website and the registry; planning comes second | A checklist of a hundred items or more |
| To get started | No sign-up | An account is required | An account is required |
| Cash gifts | Sent straight to you, with no fee | A fee of about 2.5% to 6% on each gift | Usually a fee per transaction |
| How it is paid for | A flat subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly | A free or paid plan, plus the fee on gifts | Free for the couple; paid for by the vendors who advertise |
| Vendors and ads | None | Few or none | A vendor directory, paid placements and sales contacts |
Ring is not a vendor directory or a wedding website builder with hundreds of templates. It is for the couple who want to know what to do now and keep guests, gifts and the Save the Date in one place.
That is the feeling Ring was designed to give, from the first day to the night before.
Ring never tells you that you are behind. It rearranges the plan and shows what to do from today.
Already have the venue or the date set? It does not come back as a task.
You know why it matters now, not only that it has to be done.
Ring is a wedding planner app for iPhone and Android, made for couples planning their own wedding. From your date, your city and what is already settled, it builds a personal plan and shows, week by week, only the tasks that matter now. The same app holds the guest list with online RSVP, the gift list, the Save the Date and the inspiration boards.
Ring is a subscription service, with weekly, monthly and yearly plans. The price is shown in the app before any charge, and you can cancel whenever you like in the App Store or Google Play. It is a low, flat price: Ring takes no percentage of your gifts and sells no space to vendors.
No. You open the app, answer a few questions and the plan is ready. Signing in with email is optional, for using Ring on more than one phone.
Yes. The plan starts from the time you really have: with a few months, it focuses on the essentials, runs in parallel what does not depend on each other and leaves the extras for last.
No. The RSVP, the Save the Date and the gift list are pages that open in any browser, from the link you send.
Yes. Whoever created the wedding makes an invite code and the other person joins with it. From then on, you both see and edit the same tasks, guests and details.
No. At the start you say what is already settled, and that stays out of the plan.
English, Spanish and Portuguese, in the app and on the guests' pages.
No. For a cash gift, the guest sees your account details (or your Pix key, in Brazil) and transfers directly. No payment goes through Ring, so there is no fee and nothing to withdraw.
No. Ring has no vendor directory, shows no ads and does not sell your data. Nobody calls to offer a service because you used the app.
For most couples, yes: the RSVP, the Save the Date and the gift list are public pages with your names, your wedding's color and its photo. What Ring does not have is a website builder with several pages and templates.
There is no spending sheet in Ring. The plan brings the task of setting the budget at the right time, and every task has room for notes.
A checklist shows every task at once. Ring works out the deadlines from your wedding date, follows the order in which one thing depends on another and shows only the next step, with the reason it is due now. If the date changes, the plan rearranges itself.
A few questions and you already know what needs doing now.
